We realize that selecting a charitable partner can be a difficult decision. The Green Jacket Company supports both The Prostate Cancer Foundation and the National Breast Cancer Foundation  because the golf game is a big part of both men and women's recreational activities. Both these foundations not only understand the medical research necessary to some day have a cure for these dreadful diseases but provide the support and help for those that have been diagnosed.

A lot of golf clubs (both public and private) support the PCF and the NBCF with charitable golfing events, silent auctions, and dinners throughout the year. The Green Jacket Company is proud to participate in these events.

The Prostate Cancer Foundation

Prostate Cancer is a cancer that is second only to skin cancer in frequency of its occurrence in the U.S. One out of every six Americans will get this cancer. By the time you purchase THE GOLF CONDOM another man will be diagnosed with prostrate cancer - it happens every 2.4 minutes. There is no better time than now to take action in the fight against prostate cancer; you hold the key to better treatments and ultimately the cure to this devastating disease.

The PCF partners with Arnold Palmer and Arnie's Army Battles Prostate Cancer to raise money for prostate cancer research.  There are several golf tournaments and events throughout the country which raises funds for prostate cancer research - one such program is A Dollar For Dad's golf event. This Father's Day you can join local golf courses and the PCF in the battle to save the life of your father, brother, uncle, grandfather, or son. From Monday June 14 through Sunday June 20 (Father's Day) participating golf courses will add one dollar to the normal green fees. That dollar will directly support funding treatments and a cure for prostate cancer.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation

Woman in the U.S. get breast cancer more than any other type of cancer except skin cancer. Each year it is estimated that nearly 200,000 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer and more than 40,000 will die. The NBCF mission is to save lives by increasing awareness of breast cancer by providing free mammogram's for the needy, breast cancer awareness campaigns, breast cancer research projects and education for those in need. Eighty percent of all donations to the NBCF support these critical programs. The Susan G. Komen for the Cure has been the official national charity of the LPGA, working with both public and private golf courses, holding charitable golfing tournaments and events, to help educate consumers and raise funds for medical research.

Hope is one of the greatest gifts we have been given and it has no price but its value is priceless - it is the foundation on which we build our dreams and future!
